Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
We may require you to take photographs and a video, describing the fault in your product. In some circumstances, we may require you to return the product to our team in Brisbane at your own cost.

Some electronic products will arrive with international plugs - we recommend Korjo adapters. This is not a ground for replacement, refund or return. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm the power plug that will come with your electronic product.
We do not accept refunds or replacements for changes of mind so please select carefully. If we refund you for any reason, then we will deduct from the amount refunded, our PayPal Payment Processor fees (typically $0.30+2.4% of your transaction) as an Administrative Fee as this cannot be totally recovered by us. Refunds do not include shipping costs, unless the item has not yet been shipped yet.
